Gibson Research is the home of Steve Gibson, a wizard of technology, a superlative programmer and an all round nice guy.

Steve & GRC are responsible for the classic Spin-Rite hard-drive tool, the anti-spyware Opt-Out tool, and many other cool things. Not only that but he writes Windows programs in assembler thus creating some of the smallest and most efficient Windows programs ever seen. If only Microsoft could write like this.
